The Artist Roster is an online central repository of artist information designed to promote artist work and assist agencies in locating artists offering the services they are interested in. It allows for the artists to register, create and update their online profile, and for the interested agencies to:
- Search the online repository by various criteria (e.g. artist name, artist discipline, general services, etc.)
- Preview electronic samples of artist's work
- Access artist's bio
- Contact artists via email
- Explore artist's personal Web site
- Obtain additional contact information about the artist (e.g. publicist, gallery, agent, studio, etc.)
There are already ten states that use the Artist Roster, among them the Maryland State Arts Council and North Carolina Arts Council. For a complete list of our partners please refer to the Artist Roster Partners.
If you are interested in how the Artist Roster system functions, please contact Brad Stephenson at 412-268-3695 or bstephenson@cmu.edu to schedule an online Terminal Server demonstration session of Artist Roster. The price for an Artist Roster system consists of:
- Cost of initial setup and customization
- Annual fees for Technical Support and Hosting
The cost of initial setup and customization of the Artist Roster system is based on the time it will take to implement the agency's specific requirements and our hourly fees. For more information on our hourly pricing information please contact CAMT or review our Pricing Policy.
The technical support and hosting fees are flat annual fees that are charged at the beginning of each calendar year except for the first year when the new system is opened to the public.
